How quickly should I see results?

Can I apply more than one set of patches on the same day?
No. Do not apply patch treatments more than once every three days. Use only as directed.
Can I reuse the patches?
No. Patches are only for single use.
What if the patches do not stick properly?
Make sure the skin around the eyes is completely clean and dry before applying each patch treatment. The patches will only adhere to the skin if the treatment area is thoroughly cleansed and dry.
Should I be doing anything else during treatments?
To help prevent accidental damage to the Activator Pod, avoid too much activity during treatments. For best results, facial muscles should be in a relaxed state.
Can I apply other products on the patches?
No. The ingredients are already infused into each patch. Never apply any other products on to the patches.
How do I dispose of the patches?
Once your treatment is finished, remove the patches from your face, turn them gel-side up, stick them together, remove Activator Pods and throw them away.
What if the Activator Pod cords are too snug around the neck?
If needed, slide down the small connector on the cords until it's about an inch above the Activator Pod. Adjust the fit by gently separating the cords from each other. Be very careful not to pull too hard; they should separate easily.
Is it important to tuck the Activator Pod cords behind my ears?
For optimal results, tuck the Activator Pod cords behind your ears. This will help prevent excess pulling of the skin.
Is it important to save and reapply the protective seal on the Activator Pod buds?
Yes. The protective seal should be reapplied to one of the Activator Pod buds after each treatment. This keeps the buds from activating before treatment is initiated. Tip: At the beginning of your treatment, remove the protective seal from one of the Activator Pod buds and stick it onto the Activator Pod pouch. After your treatment is complete, reapply the sticker onto one of the Activator Pod buds before returning the pod to its pouch.
I snapped the Activator Pod buds onto the patches and applied them but the pod isn't working.
How do I reset the Activator Pod?
On the rare occasion that your Activator Pod locks up, simply unsnap the Activator Pod buds from the patches (you can keep the patches on your face) and touch the two buds together until a green light appears on the Activator Pod. Reapply the buds onto each patch and resume your treatment.
Can I replace the Activator Pod battery?
No. The Activator Pod should not be opened. Changing the battery will not reset it.
The Skin Prep Wipes contain alcohol; what if my skin is sensitive to alcohol?
If your skin is overly sensitive to alcohol, use a cleanser instead of the Skin Prep Wipes and rinse the application area twice to ensure all residue is removed. Patches will only adhere to the skin if the treatment area is thoroughly cleansed, dry and free of oil.
