Does University Medical have a money back guarantee?
Phone/Internet Orders: If you find that you are unhappy with any purchase that is made through University Medical Products, for any reason, you may return all bottles to us within 30 days of your purchase, for a refund. We will refund your credit card for the amount of the purchase less shipping and handling.
Retail Purchases: Products purchased through retail must be returned to the store in which they are purchased in accordance with the store policy. This aids in maintaining a correct inventory control. When returning an item to the store of purchase, please ask to speak with the Manager. If the Manager refuses to refund your money, please inform them that University Medical Products reimburses the store when the product is returned, back to us by the Retailer.
Stores will require you to have your original cash receipt, box, and at least half the product remaining in each bottle. If you no longer have your receipt, the store should be able to offer you an exchange or store credit. Should you need a box, please call our customer service department at 1-800-535-0000 to request a replacement box to be sent to you.
* Orders shipped prior to cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
