Return Policy
• Contact our Customer Service Department at 1.800.535.0000 to obtain a Return Authorization Number before you return your purchase.
• Complete the Packing Slip included with your order. Be sure to include the Return Authorization Number given to you by our Customer Service Representative. Returns cannot be issued without a Packing Slip.
• Package your return items in the original packaging and enclose the completed Packing Slip. In order to ensure your return remains eligible for a refund, be sure your package is postmarked 30 days from the Ship Date indicated on the Packing Slip. Also be sure to include the reason for return.

Important: Refunds can only be issued if all unused items are returned. If your kit included a free gift, it's yours to keep. Upon receipt of the return, we will refund your credit card for the amount of the purchase, less shipping + handling.
Please note: We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of ours.
